The role :

To help enable us to strengthen and further develop the technical capability within our multi-functional Condos, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to join our growing site in Swindon.

This is a diverse and challenging role, including :

  • Working with all relevant managers and department heads to generate project strategies for existing and future installed services.
  • Work autonomously to generate, report on and deliver project plans for all own engineering activities.
  • Managing site and corporate KPI measures, including stakeholder management, ensuring actions are completed on target.
  • Offer expertise and steer to new product introductions on engineering topics to define activity required to deliver the best future state.
  • To act as the client liaison when required and work closely with respective counterparts at client site to align processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Offer guidance and expertise to the engineering maintenance team in problem solving issues associated with site wide utilities incl.
  • purified water, pure steam, calibrated equipment etc.

  • Ensure cGMP is applied in the work area and comply with cGMP through following site SOP’s in all areas of the business.
  • Generation and upkeep of maintenance SOP’s.
  • Ensure best practice approaches are always sought to future proof where possible any applied projects.
  • Lead and manage a small team of engineers to ensure compliance with site wide preventative maintenance schedule.
  • You will be a flexible, highly motivated and experience Engineering professional seeking a new opportunity to develop and grow your skills within a unique operating model.

    To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of supporting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.

    In addition to this we are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate :

  • Strong project management background within, for example, production engineering or process engineering within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to utilise project management tools.
  • Client facing experience.
