Network Support Software Installation Technical Support IT Support Technician - Based in Bedford and working for two schools who currently operate on separate sites but are developing a new combined site and formally merging the two schools with an exciting, modern new build school.
You will be instrumental in setting up the new IT environment, so it’s an exciting time to join the team. The key responsibility of the role will be to support ICT networks and the installation and updating of software across the network as well as providing technical support for users (curriculum and administrative) and to provide technical support for the schools websites.

It is key that you have significant ICT skills for the support and installation of computer hardware, network, operating systems, software and printers and will have worked in a busy and comparable IT support role.
Desirable certs would include, MCSE, ITIL, Comp TIA or equivalent.Desirable skills include experience of managing Microsoft server roles, including GPOs, files share and printer services.
Administering SCCM for building client images, packaging software, and distributing clients and software packages. Managing, upgrading and administering Wi-Fi systems and managing IP based telephony systems as well as applying Process improvement. 4585
