Welcome to Your Healthcare CIC, formerly part of NHS Kingston we are a not for profit social enterprise, proud of delivering patient-led, high quality health and social care community services for residents in Kingston & Richmond as part of the NHS family.

Your Healthcare is located in the South West of London within the Royal Borough of Kingston. Working as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our status allows us to invest any surplus or profit back into front line services, where it is needed most by you, our community.

Our organisation offers access to the NHS pension scheme, staff discounts, Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

Due to the expansion and redevelopment of our service, an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit up to 4 new clinical psychologists to join our services for adults with a learning disability or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

With support from the lead consultant clinical psychologist, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to shape future psychological services.

As well as leading on a range of assessment and intervention models and the development of more specialist pathways, there are opportunities for involvement in research, service audit and evaluation, as well as, group work, training and developing user engagement.

We strongly support supervision, including; individual, peer and specialist, and ensure regular protected time for this.

We are a large, innovative and vibrant psychology department comprising; clinical psychologists, behaviour analysts, specialist outreach workers and assistants.

As part of the adult Neurodevelopmental Service (NdS), there are also many opportunities for joint working with colleagues from the multidisciplinary team.

We have a broad range of psychological models represented within the service and we would invite enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated candidates, able to work independently and with a strong interest in service development to apply.

We are very supportive of continuing professional development and the development of individual areas of interest and specialism.

We also have a close relationship with the local clinical psychology training course, regularly offering both core and specialist placements.

Although these posts would suit more experienced psychologists looking for career development, we will consider applications from more recently qualified counselling or clinical psychologists and may be able to reshape the roles to suit your skills and experience.

The organisation offers :

  • Access to the NHS Pension Scheme

  • Staff Discounts
