The role :
Egress is a fast-paced, rapidly scaling Email Security company with offices in the UK, USA, Netherlands and Canada.
We seek a forward-thinking, talented and highly experienced Sales Enablement Director with a substantial track record of success to drive the creation and delivery of high-impact sales enablement solutions across our business.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales professionals across the globe - ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve their sales goals.
Key responsibilities :
Work with senior Sales Leaders to identify gaps in sales skills and product knowledge in the Sales teams and develop training plans to address these.
Liaise closely with the Product Development and Product Management teams to develop and deliver training programs based on Egress’s processes and playbooks.
Consistently work with the business teams to collect and promote best practice sales engagement and customer use cases.
Liaise with HR colleagues to dovetail Sales Enablement programmes into the existing Egress Academy and Induction Accelerator programmes.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Egress product features and developments and ensure seamless integration of new product information with existing learning content.
Knowledge, experience and skills :
At least ten years’ experience in a sales management role in a fast-paced, quarterly driven sales environment.
A demonstrable track record (spanning at least five years) of working with Sales Management to develop and deliver top class Sales Enablement programmes.
Must be able to concisely convey sales content and messaging to a broad range of sales colleagues.
Excellent oral presentation, audience management, and customer interaction skills.
Communicates effectively with management, team members, and other departments.
Ability to work independently and proactively to tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
SaaS and cybersecurity experience is an advantage.
