We need a marketing programme that is considered as world-class by any standard, across any industry, using companies such as Salesforce, McDonalds and PwC as our benchmarks.
We know we need to deliver a complete transformation of our approach to marketing to new property partners to achieve this, and are seeking a world-class, highly creative, commercial and inspirational marketing professional to deliver the change needed.
Working on the Property owner / Landlord side of the Network Growth team, you will design and deliver a global marketing programme that ultimately delivers leads to our Regional Network Development teams, enabling them to achieve our annual target for network growth.

The Marketing Manager Network Growth is responsible for :
Ensuring every property owner worldwide is aware of our proposition : there are millions of property owners worldwide, all of which are potential partners for us.
We need every single property owner to see our model as a reliable, high quality and simple way of commercializing their property assets, so we become the preferred partner by the entire industry.
Reporting to the Head of Network Growth Marketing this is a broad position operating within a central part of our business.
Successful navigation across our matrix structure and our global teams will be part of every-day life in this position.
The key responsibilities are :
Deliver the Property / Landlord focused network growth marketing strategy and programmes for IWG plc operating brands in over 100 countries to attract new potential partners.
Partner directly with the Network Development teams to launch end-to-end integrated programmes and drive demand and maintain a personal connection across the team.
Activate, measure, adjust and evaluate all campaign activity to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with IWG and 3rd party delivery teams to successfully deploy campaigns effectively and on time.
Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements and creating a world-class plan of action.
Deliver measurable network growth demand generation programmes and execute globally or deliver to regional teams for local activation.
Deliver the network growth marketing KPIs, setting the targets, and maintaining a global and regional scorecard of performance and learnings.
Collect business development feedback and incorporate it to continually improve our programmes, activity, and communications.
Manage the global network growth marketing budget, including monthly and quarterly allocation by region and excellent forecast accuracy.
Be an active and engaged member of the global marketing leadership team, ensuring alignment between business development leadership and marketing.
We are seeking a highly creative, execution-focused marketer with deep marketing expertise, and who is used to working in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for design and style quality, knows how to engage people through marketing activity, can demonstrate world-class delivery and performance, and is motivated about taking us to the next level.
Experience in the real estate or property sectors is desirable.
Key role competencies :
Experience in campaign management, brand building, creative and content production, including external agency or outsourced vendor management.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously
Digital and offline marketing experience, proven capability in leading all associated branding, advertising, PR, events and business development activities
Proven ability to undertake projects from initial inception through to final completion
Must be a strong team player with an ability to build effective working relationships with individuals, senior executives.
Energetic, curious, with a strategic and curious mind plus a commercial approach with ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment.
High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed.
Outstanding communicator (written and verbal), including producing and managing a team to produce highest quality output for external clients and internal C-suite executives.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and align the interests of multiple stakeholders
Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals and align data initiatives with the overall business strategy.
