Customer Service Representative
Mode : Full-time (40 hours)
Location : Caerphilly
Starting salary : 18,000 per year

Handling, receiving, shipping, counting stock
Picking the products from our warehouse and packing them ready for delivery
Processing orders and invoices
Managing stock levels
Keeping the warehouse and company vans organized
Handling incoming calls and emails
Managing inventory within the customer facilities
Servicing and maintaining industrial vending machines
Advising customers on appropriate products and solutions
Building long-term relationships with customers to secure repeated business
Representing the company with professionalism
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Full driving licence
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrating strong attention to detail
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite. Basic maths aptitude.
Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
Willingness to learn
Strong organization, planning, and prioritising abilities.
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Ability to lift, slide, lower packages and work test equipment.
Forklift licence is a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
Shift : Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm. Weekends off
