Job Description

As the Mobility Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Publicis Sapient’s UK business as over half of our population are here on assignment or are local people holding visas.

You the Mobility Coordinator will help to manage this population’s specific need to enable a great people experience and ensure company compliance.

You will also work in close partnership with multiple teams, playing a key role in enabling these outcomes.

The Mobility Coordinator is an essential part of the UK People Operations team, and will report into the HR Shared Services lead.

This role is being offered as a one year Fixed term contract, with the potential for extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on two key customer groups - primarily our UK assignment population, and secondarily our locally contracted visa population
  • Strive to ensure compliance, operational excellence and a great people experience on mobility related topics
  • Partner and coordinate with teams across UK and other regional teams, including the Global Mobility team and staffing, to achieve desired outcomes
  • Support our assignment community throughout their time in the UK, addressing their unique needs
  • Drive process, policy and technology improvements relevant to this population group
  • Run the quarterly localization process, identifying and processing those assignment holders who should move to a local contract
  • Support audits to validate compliance needs are met
  • Act as agency lead for targeted projects on immigration and mobility related topics
  • Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge working at intersection of Mobility and HR Operations
  • A passion and ability to work with diverse populations from across the globe
  • An inclusive collaborator, able to partner and influence others
  • Structured thinker, able to solve complex problems and deliver operational excellence
  • Track record in pro-actively identifying opportunities for improvements and driving change
  • Possess strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguous working environments
  • Strong inter personal skills including the ability to form relationships at all levels
  • Ideally you’ll have worked in a global environment
