Position Summary and Overview
To provide professional support and ensure there is a high level of cooperation between Human Resources Management and all associates on all sites within the Advanced Staining Reagents Business Unit. Major Responsibilities
Provision of administrative support within the HR Department i.e. management and upkeep of HR Information Systems and Time Management System across Advanced Staining and Pathology Imaging
Maintenance of hard filing system and paperwork with responsibility for data input, tracking and retrieval of KPI information as and when required.
Supporting the HR Advisor with recruitment activities to ensure timely placement of qualified and capable associates whilst ensuring talent funnels are built to support future growth.
This will cover the entire recruitment spectrum from gap analysis, compiling job descriptions, liaising with recruiting bodies, application management and arranging and interviews.
Support the setup of onboarding / induction programmes for new associates and supporting the monitoring process throughout the probationary period.
Including the preparation of contracts and probation reviews
Provide timely KPI reports and dashboards for the HR Manager
Partner with the HR Manager and HR Advisor in driving key HR initiatives on site
Help to drive continuous improvement across the HR department
Ensure all Admin processes within the department are completed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to the highest standard and drive data integrity
Required Skills / Experience
Solid and demonstrable experience of working in an HR assistant role in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.
General knowledge in support of HR competencies such as Learning and Development, Employee Relations, HR Information Systems or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication skills
High levels of initiative, self-motivation and energy.
Highly organised with an ability to work effectively to deadlines.
A high attention to detail with an ability to follow through on commitments.

Evidence of higher level education would be advantageous.
A specific Human Resources Qualification would also be advantageous.
Travel % of Travel, include approximate overnight stays per week
