Domus are working with highly reputable West Midlands based provider of services for adults with severe learning disabilities / autism to recruit for a Registered Manager at one of their residential provisions near Stourbridge.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
It is essential is that candidates have experience with autism and challenging behaviour, possibly having previously worked in secure or forensic services.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing all aspects of running the home including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
Training, developing and motivating staff through example and attention to good working practice.
The ideal candidate will :
Have a proven track record in overseeing successful residential / supported living services for adults with severe learning disabilities and / or autism.
Live no further than a 25 minute commute of Stourbridge due to on call responsibilities
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a large team of support staff.
Ideally have been registered with CQC previously, or have a thorough working knowledge of CQC.
Ideally have a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care / or equivalent.
