We are looking for driven individuals who’d like to reimagine their future in a rapidly expanding company. Our Sales Operations team is an extremely important and integral part of our company and manage a number of business critical processes.

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be based in the Mailbox our stunning Regional HQ in Birmingham City Centre, which provides the best opportunity for a vibrant social life with colleagues and outside of work.

What you will be doing

  • As a Sales Operations Executive, you will manage data quality and integrity on our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Processing and management of customer orders
  • Providing a range of reports, forecasts and benchmarking tools to the business
  • Managing sales paperwork and coordinating relevant handover processes
  • Liaising with sales team and other departments
  • Providing advice to the wider business on sales processes and internal CRM system
  • Responding to queries and managing expectations accordingly
  • Assist with training requirements to new team members and refresher training for existing salespeople
  • What you will be good at

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Well organised, with the ability to work proactively in a team, in a busy environment
