We have an opportunity for an Apprenticeship within theCustomer Care department, within the Professional Products Division (PPD)Customer Service Team in Bury.
This position will involve on the job trainingwhilst also working towards a Level 2 Contact Centre Operations qualificationwith training provided through North Lancs Training Group.
The successful jobholder will be efficient,professional and highly motivated, ready to act as a key point of contact for ademanding customer base, which ranges from small neighbourhood salons to majorhairdressing chains and exclusive portfolio salons.

Role and Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will be able to deliver excellent customercare to a wide variety of customers and be able to demonstrate effective andefficient handling of disputes and queries.
You will be professional at alltimes and be an Ambassador of the PPD Customer Care Team when dealing with bothinternal and external customers.
Your organizational skills, attention todetail and your ability to priorities will be critical in our fast movingenvironment of constant change.
You will demonstrate a flexible and persistentapproach to problem solving; self-motivated and confident, you are a real teamplayer who thrives on the challenge of achieving group results.

5 GCSE’s grade A-Cincluding Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
Dependenton role availability and apprentice performance, you may to progress tofull time employment at one of our L'Oreal sites.
