Reporting to the Head of Commercial, your role will be project focused and responsible for actively identifying, developing, securing and implementing new business opportunities in line with the business’s Omni Channel Strategy, whilst also ensuring that the organisation is realising the full potential of existing revenue streams.
This is a Full time role, commutable to either Boots Hearingcare Support Office in Llandudno or Boots HQ in Nottingham.
As Commercial Manager, your role will entail :
Supporting the delivery of commercial initiatives in line with the organisation’s 3 year plan
Identifying new commercial opportunities within the hearing care market, and regularly reviewing competitor activity
Developing strong industry relationships to drive revenue growth
Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between the commercial and overall organisation strategy
Negotiating commercial agreements where necessary, and take a lead through to completion
Project managing the delivery of new commercial incentives
Putting care for our customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything you do and acting with integrity and accountability.

As Commercial Manager, you should have :
Previous project management experience, with a track record of leading projects from idea to implementation.
A Minimum of 3 years’ in a similar commercial role
Experience in business development within a fast-paced business environment
Strong negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure have a customer-focused approach to sales and relationships
Excellent influencer with strong commercial acumen
Financially literate with good understanding of gross margins and experience of working with budgets
