  • About the role

    As Assistant Front Office Manager you are accountable for overseeing the smooth operations of the Front Office department.

    As Assistant Front Office Manager you are accountable to the Front Office Manager in running the Front Office department effectively and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, departmental profitability, achieving monthly goals and adhering to the standard required by the hotel.

    Some of the key processes include but are not limited to :

  • Maintain excellent communication with other hotel departments
  • Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service
  • Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately staffed according to activity levels
  • Ensures that the front desk is aware of all new promotions and changes
  • Analyse, investigate, and resolve guest’s complaints
  • The role is subject to right to work check as per UK employment law.
