EMERGENCY CARE DEPARTMENT
The Emergency Care Department at the Hillingdon Hospital is a busy department coveringan exceptionally diverse community with a wide range of conditions in a highly challenging and fast paced environment.
The Emergency Care Secretary is a key team member working closely with Consultants, Nursing Leads, Operational management and administrative colleagues.
The successful applicant will be an experienced secretary who will be a proactive team member who can demonstrate efficient organisational and secretarial skills.
The ability to adapt to the demands of a busy working environment is essential together with the maturity to prioritise tasks to meet local deadlines .
You should work well under pressure and be able to remain calm.
Communication is key therefore an excellent spoken manner is required together with the ability to compose correspondence.
Fast accurate computer skills are required with the ability to use a variety of applications, including Excel and Word. Experience of working within a healthcare environment would be advantageous.
