We are currently searching for someone to join our Trading Systems Support team to provide 1
level support to all front office, real-time trading and market data systems.
This role is visible to not only internal stakeholders but also our clients so you will be required to be not only technically proficient but also have highly developed communication skills.
You will be dealing with an array of systems, ensuring that they remain operational in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
You will be dealing with compliance testing and UAT for any rollouts or upgrades as well as functionality analysis and implementation of new systems.
On a day to day basis, you'll be dealing with any systems issue that arise, raising tickets and solving problems quickly and efficiently.
You will be a flexible and experienced Support Analyst (there's a shift pattern that covers working hours of 06 : 30 to 20 : 00), calm and proactive, process-driven and methodical.
You will have financial services exposure with time specifically dealing with systems such as Fidessa, TT, Object Trading or Deltix.
As well as that, you'll have some knowledge of HFT technologies, Fix Protocol and Exchange connectivity for derivative, cash, commodity and equity markets.
