Role Overview :
We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team at Linden Homes South, with approximately 100 staff including a finance team of six / seven, working for our South office in Guildford, Surrey.
Reporting to the Finance Controller / Manager, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for all aspects of the transactional processing of material and overhead invoices, from invoice receipt to supplier payment.
Linden Homes are transitioning to a new business software system COINs. There will the need to help in the transfer from Oracle to COINs which will go live from 1st October
Key Responsibilities :
Person Specification : Experience of working in a transactional finance role, processing invoices and associated responsibilities is essential for the role, preferably this will have been gained in a Purchase Ledger role.
Housebuilding industry experience is preferred but not essential.
