Sales Manager (UK Commute)
Zeelo is growing fast. We are looking for a driven and proven Sales Manager to join our UK Commute Sales team. As Sales Manager, with the support of our Sales Development Representative team, you will identify new opportunities, understand the needs of prospects and close and sign new deals with corporate organisations;
navigating finance and procurement teams to close deals to reach our ambitious growth targets. This role reports to the General Manager of UK Commute.
Experience within mobility, transport, logistics or in a growing startup is not essential but a big advantage. A background in large scale corporate B2B sales would also be an advantage.

What will I be doing?
Responsible for building a robust and validated sales pipeline
In-depth knowledge of the sub verticals we are selling to and a solutions driven sales approach to industry pain points
Working closely with our SDR team to drive sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities
Achieve growth and hit sales quotas
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; working closely with the Account Management and Operations teams as new opportunities arise, as well as renewals
Validate and assess potential client opportunities
Give market feedback to the product team regarding the Zeelo offering
Is this job for me?
Ideally you'll have / be
4+ years of B2B or Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals over £250K per year with multiple stakeholders
A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results. Relentless and experienced in reaching out to leads and generating sales
A proactive nature - an ability to take initiative and 'get things done', making your own decisions about which opportunities to focus on
Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen; able to understand the needs of a customer and design a solution that works for all parties
Organised and and able to work independently to achieve sales quota, often working remotely
Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships
Commercially-minded, able to understand the client's needs and be smart in how we shape and present the solution
An independent and proactive self-starter; able to move fast and prioritise effectively across a variety of different tasks
