The Opportunity

Customer Service Advisor Full Time / Permanent positions - 40 hours per week

Salary - £19,760 - £21,000 based on experience

RSA Office - Doxford Park - Sunderland

Range of set working patterns including evenings and weekends.

We strive to make their experience as easy and stress-free as possible whether interacting with our customers by telephone, webchat or email.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can provide outstanding customer service, so it’s important that you :

  • are comfortable working in a fast paced results driven environment, where we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • are able to work within our defined processes and to help guide your customer and ensure we get things right first time
  • love talking to people and building strong relationships you’ll help make things simple and easy for our customers
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or other Customer Service role is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided.

  • Starting salary of £19,760 - £21,000 based on experience
  • Performance related bonus payments equivalent of up to 7% of your annual salary
  • 25 days’ holiday + 8 days bank holidays
  • Employer Pension contribution of 9% with a further maximum match of 2% to give up to 11%
