Made to Measure is a bespoke service we provide to our customers in store, You will play an integral role of delivering a first class customer experience through a passion of fabrics and design and the ability to meet and exceed customer needs.
Our customers are the heart of our business , so ensuring they are one hundred percent happy with the service is pivotal to the role.
Your responsibilities will include :
As a Dunelm Sales Consultant you will need to have a genuine passion for interiors, be able to drive sales ensuring that wherever possible every customer is able to purchase the product they wanted either instore or online, Enthusiasm and the ability to plan time effectively is key in this role, You will need confidence to connect with customers naturally.
And be able to provide detailed knowledge on all current trends for curtains and blinds.
Being a Made to Measure Sales Consultant is a full time role 40hrs and requires you to be fully flexible to work weekends and 3 shifts in the week.
