You will show us that you have
Experience in working across different brands and categories, and presenting to C-suite, founders and high-level decision-makers.
Clear examples of creating strategies for brand projects that demonstrate original solutions, recognisable results and true permanent impact.

A veteran with a strong and fundamental understanding of brands, a passion for brand building and the experience in solving diverse brand problems across markets and segments.
Confident in representing our strategic expertise with knowledge and intelligence to build long-term strategic relationships with our clients, and develop this relationship into long-standing strategic and creative partnerships.
Naturally creative, inquisitive and curious with a strong ongoing connection between our strategic thinking and the design solutions we create.

The bare minimum we need from you is
5+ years in Strategy and preferably two years at Senior Strategist level within a design agency.

The role in detail
Working with direction and support from the Head of Strategy and the Chief Strategy Officer but with expected independence, you will :
Assessment of success
Success will be viewed and measured in three ways :
i. Creativity : creation and drive in creating award-winning, effective strategies
ii. Commercial Effectiveness : timely responses to briefs, completion of work within budgeted hours and with minimal reworks
iii. Cultural Value : impact, energy, value and contribution to our working culture.
You will report directly to Pearlfisher's Head of Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer. The role will also involve close consultation with Client Management, Design, and Marketing & Communications.
