The Sr Engineer of Design Conformity and Dimensional Management is the leader in defining processes, methodologies, and instructions supporting the design engineering roles on all Bell programs.
This person provides training and oversight of design processes, to include engineering development, product definition, technical data management, and engineering change records.
In addition, this person will be the recognized company subject matter expert in dimensioning and tolerancing relating to ANSI Y14.
5 and ASME Y14.5 including revisions 1966, 1973, 1982, and 1994.
Education and Experience :
Position Requirements :
oKnow and understand American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Y14 series standards and differences between releases, especially Y14.
5, Y14.24, Y14.34, Y14.35, Y14.41, and Y14.100.
oKnow and understand technical product documentation
oKnow and understand digital product definition data practices
oKnow and understand standards for product data representation and exchange
