Essential Qualification / Experience :
Experience in an Agile team-based Senior software development role, developing and supporting enterprise applications.
Experience of working with Agile concepts etc.
Agile Development / Behavior driven development using tool such as Specflow.
Use of or experience with mid-tier / service technologies such as web services, WCF, WWF etc.
Strong experienced of the .NET framework & C# language
Experience delivering software within a fully Agile environment
Requirements Analysis and understanding a customer in order to extract their exact requirements
Solution Design, taking requirements and designing a solution that meets those needs
Object Oriented Design including knowledge and application of common design patterns
Database design and development, including use of SQL
Use of or experience with mid-tier / service technologies such as web services, WCF and windows services

To undertake the analysis, design, coding and testing of systems
To undertake the maintenance and support of these systems
To undertake project management as required

Day to Day Responsibilities :
Acts as a mentor and act as a technical lead for Software Engineers and Junior Software Engineers.
Responsible for the analysis, design, coding and testing of components and sub-systems
Provides estimates for the development of components and sub-systems
Role model for software development and unit test best practices
Role model for software configuration management, build and release best practices
Maintains and supports existing software
