The Hairdressing and Beauty department are looking for a dynamic individual to help manage our learners' work experience.
Your role will be to ensure learners are work ready, and have the required skills and confidence to enable them to secure employment in the sector, you will arrange placements and support the programme leaders with enhancing opportunities.
You should have a keen interest in the industry and any related qualifications are advantageous to the role. You will delivered and organise workshops relating to work placement readiness, so experience in this area is essential.
A full driving license and access to a car is essential due to the nature of the role.
