SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
As a Systems Manager at Perform Group, you will take ownership for key Software Applications used by the organisation. The priority for this role will be to own the ServiceNow platform leading the implementation project and overseeing the work completed by internal teams and third parties.
Working with the support teams, you will also need to ensure that BAU support for the application is provided.
Your role will be to understand the needs of the business to build the long-term strategy for ServiceNow within Perform and lead programs of work to deliver on these requirements.
You will also join existing project teams and take responsibility for required changes in the areas you manage.
This role would ideally suit someone from a Product Ownership background, or someone looking to move into this area. We would also welcome applications from people who have a system support background who are now looking to expand their responsibilities.
To be successful, you will need to be dynamic and flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skill Level (out of 4) Experience in IT projects involving multiple parties documenting business requirements and writing technical specifications3 Extensive knowledge and / or implementation experience of ServiceNow3 Working experience of requirements capture / modelling methods such as User Stories, Use Cases and Process Maps2 Understanding (and ideally certification) of the ITIL framework2 First-
hand experience of managing suppliers to deliver technical projects2 DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
Degree qualified or equivalent experience in IT Systems ServiceNow certification RAD methodology Agile and / or Waterfall project management THESE ARE THE PERFORM COMPETENCIES YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE .
