We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to work alongside the Ad Ops Reporting Team Lead to run campaign reports across our clients.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a data lead team and would come from a data driven campaign background.

We build client dashboards in Tableau (plus tools such as Datorama and Adverity), modelling a wide variety of media marketing data from ad servers, to ad tech, audience verification and client site analytics (and more!).

We work with account teams and client teams across the three IPG agencies here : UM, Initiative and Reprise. Clients include : The Economist, UPS, GoPro, Fitbit, Rockstar Games, Carlsberg and Lego plus more.

Currently a team of four and collaborating closely with the Digital Tech Team within AdOps and Cadreon, our programmatic team.


  • The role is to support the digital team with all aspects of day to day reporting and analytics
  • Create and update client weekly and monthly reports based on existing templates or building new to a brief.
  • Working with large consumer data sets, focused on quality and compliance, with an ability to match and make sense of information from disparate sources
  • Understand valuable metrics and report structure, establish report processes, and identify data discrepancies and errors
  • Test and evaluate data accuracy for different datasets both within DCM and in external data sources
  • Data analysis (ability to spot trends, garner insights and use the data to make forecasts or predictions for campaign activity to help us provide the best service for our clients)
  • You will use ETL tools, spreadsheets and database tools to manipulate large quantities of data to create and combine insightful and automated reports to identify trends, relationships, and discover root causes of business outcomes
  • Use BI tools to design and build dashboards, along with visualizations, to show trends, patterns, relationships and analyses with clarity to deliver impactful insight
  • You will need to be an advanced Excel user, confident with most common formulas and know your way around Pivot Tables
  • Use verbal and written interpersonal skills to deliver analytical observations and recommendations to business owners and leadership.
  • You will communicate your findings in a concise, yet informative manner, to provide a strong data-centric basis for strategic decision-making


    We are seeking a personable, well organised candidate who is looking to develop their reporting skills and career. You will have an obsessive eye for detail and desire to optimise and automate where possible.

  • Entry level experience / or knowledge of marketing campaign reporting; understanding of terms such as, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend, Visits, Viewablity, Conversions;
  • High level of numeracy with a particular ability to analyse and interrogate numbers;
  • Knowledge of Power Pivot, SQL, DAX, R, Atleryx and Tableau would be an advantage;
  • Joining multiple data sources;
  • Take pride in flawless execution, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong relationship builder with team and other departments;
  • Ability to think on their feet, be proactive and take ownership of projects;
  • Ability to balance the need for strategic thinking with the need to deliver and get things done;
  • Flexible and open minded;

  • Strong desire to learn & to develop your media skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Understanding of overall marketing functions, integrated communications and communication channels;
  • Strong desire to grow their knowledge base and skill set and take on new challenges
  • Competent in Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of all relevant media research / tools available desirable (e.g. Viewability IAS / MOAT, Nielsen, comScore etc.);
