Our client is looking for an experienced General Manger to run this thriving establishment.
This modern british restaurant seats 100, you will be managing a team of 10.
You will have experience as General Manager in a Restaurants / Gastro Pubs with excellent customer care, organisational and team leading skills.
Manage the financial performance of the property on a daily basis.
To ensure that exceptional service is provided to all customers.
To ensure the legal, health, safety and environmental compliance for the continued well-being of customers and colleagues.
Review and analyse business performance on a weekly basis and take action to make improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators and costs, such as the wages bill, average spend per head, food and liquor margins.
Report management information on a weekly basis and any other information which may be requested.
Ensure smooth running of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.
To maintain good relationships with local businesses and influences.
Day to day running of the business.
