We are now recruiting for Support Workers to join our supported living and domiciliary teams in Lincoln.

We currently have 2 supported living services and numerous domiciliary services over the area supporting men and women with a learning disability.

The needs of the people we support are varied, some require help with personal care (differs for each person), house hold tasks, meal preparation, medication and going out in the community.

You will also need to support some of the people with their mobility and communication.

As we offer a 24 hour service, you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the people we support. Being able to work sleep ins are an essential part of the role.

Working times will be on a rota basis with shifts spread fairly across the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for someone with a can-do’ attitude, who is enthusiastic and forward thinking. The people we support require their support workers to have a genuine interest in assisting them to live as independently as possible.
