As a Customer MI Coordinator your main responsibilities will be :
Compiling a broad range of different internal data from various sources such as cultural assessments, product governance, incident management, distribution and communication channels, claims, complaints, and customer satisfaction to produce valuable Customer Experience and Conduct Risk Management Information (CXC MI)
Engaging a variety of stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely inclusion of data, insightful customer impact commentary and outline remediation plans in line with agreed quality standards and schedules
Producing the Customer Experience and Conduct Dashboard, taking responsibility for tracking performance against agreed metrics while ensuring strict governance regarding any changes to metrics and tolerances.
Maintaining a SharePoint site aimed at streamlining and optimising the production process
Supporting the Customer Experience and Conduct MI Manager on evolution of the content for the UK Customer Committee
Minimum skills and experience required :
Passionate about customer experience and the delivery of good customer outcomes
You will have experience in engaging a variety of stakeholders at all levels working collaboratively to gather and provide data and commentary to the necessary high standards
An analytical mindset with a keen focus on accuracy
Be able to gather data and information from multiple sources and collate to meaningful business insights
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Organised and flexible with a keen focus on achieving deadlines
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
