Through collaboration with senior organization leaders, team members, and other stakeholders, s / he will ensure that we have a seamless and effective interview and recruitment process.

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for posting jobs on the Conductor portal, recruitment websites and other social media resources / outlets to recruit the best talent.
  • Actively recruit potential candidates using recruitment resources.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and set up interviews with department heads.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse and Workday)
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition and develop community partnerships to obtain brand recognition
  • Perform other special projects and other duties as assigned including but not limited to onboarding of new hires, office administration, etc.
  • Job Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of recruiting experience (SaaS, digital marketing, and technology experience is preferred)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding and use of Outlook and Excel
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to represent brand image in a professional manner
