As the Renewals Team Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing and supporting your team with a wide range of queries about policy adjustments, change of addresses, direct debit queries and first line complaint resolution.
You’ll contribute to the success of the team by achieving your own personal performance objectives and understanding how both yours and your team's contribution affects the overall performance of the Existing Business Department and retention rate.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring telephony lines & emails to ensure that service SLAs are always being adhered too, acting as a first point of contact for complaints and escalations and oversee the DD default chasing to ensure we can avoid all possible cancellations.
You will have at least 3 years proven experience managing and motivating a customer service team preferably within the Insurance sector however, candidates with extensive management experience from different sectors will be considered.
You’ll be an ambitious and resilient manager, passionate about driving success and exceeding targets and KPI’s with excellent written and verbal communications skill.
