You will :

As a Planning & Strategy Implementation (PSI) Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general admin support to the PSI team and ensuring the smooth running of office activities :

  • Providing admin support to the 15-20 members of the PSI team.
  • Diary support to Directors
  • Organisation of key governance meetings including diary co-ordination with Executive assistants and PAs, room bookings and compiliation of slide decks / packs.
  • Compiling the weekly draft Group Business Transformation status report ( 515 ) from inputs from all territories.
  • Arranging travel and filing expenses, particularly for any team members seconded to other Sky or Comcast / NBCU offices worldwide.
  • Supporting recruitment and the onboarding of new hires when required.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of office activities, including IT provisioning, stationery, office environment, receiving deliveries etc.
  • Raising facilities and technology service requests etc
  • Support of the programmes in setting up of team sites and directory file structures.
  • You’ll have :

  • A friendly nature, will always be welcoming, and have experience as a highly organised and proactive person.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help without being asked.
  • A highly collaborative style with the ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
  • A preference to work in a flat organisational structure (as opposed to a hierarchy) and to play an active role in the team as a whole, with effective prioritisation skills to be able to manage a range of demands from across the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, MS Teams and Sharepoint including setting up Teams sites and structures.
  • Experience of setting up new processes and procedures in support of ongoing programme / project work.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong time management capabilities
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong track record of success (within Sky or externally) with an approach that is transferable to this very senior and cross-functional team.
  • Previous experience of running admin in a programme office environment would be desirable.
