Immediate is investing in its already strong Experience Design team of UX Architects and Researchers that help deliver solutions for our internal editors and brand customers that reach over 35 million users every month.
The role is best suited to someone with experience working on a product and improving the user experience based on the changing behaviours and expectations of end users.

Comfortable working within a multi-brand environment, this role is responsible to deliver the why’ and UX architecture for a business goal across numerous brands, through leading the team to extract the useful user evidence, communicate insights gathered via both qualitative and quantitative methods and creating the UX design artefacts that help the team : such as user journeys, empathy maps, wireframes, presentations and prototypes.
The right person will be able to think big picture’ and champion the customer in every conversation and decision, be passionate about their needs and continually strive to improve their experience.
