EMEA Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Grow and manage EMEA customer advocates to influence sales opportunities and to move them through the sales cycle quicker
  • Develop high-quality written content, including website content, presentations, and other content as needed
  • Collaborate with EMEA marketing team, demand generation, product marketing and events teams to support campaigns and events including, but not limited to, providing customer advocates for EMEA speaking opportunities press activities
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders working closely with customer success managers
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and customer engagement strategies
  • Manage customer loyalty programs for EMEA (newsletter, customer kits, customer activities, launch cakes / gifts, etc.)
  • Liaise with product marketing and sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Provide support for EMEA Customer Advisory Board
  • Requirements :

  • 7+ years experience in marketing, ideally in a SaaS B2B technology environment
  • 5+ years working with customer marketing (advocacy, reference, etc.) programs required
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with customers and customer-facing teams
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to collaborate across a global cross-functional team including customer success, sales, marketing and others
  • Skilled at taking initiative, working independently, and welcoming new challenges
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver gets things moving and keeps them on track
  • Aptitude for identifying, nurturing, and leveraging customer advocates
  • Positive individual with a can-do attitude; whiners and complainers need not apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Office (Gmail, Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce required. Upland Software / RO Innovation ReferenceView experience
  • Degree level; preferably in marketing, sales or communications or equivalent experience
