Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management, the CLO Transaction Management Analyst will support the Transaction Management Team in all aspects of the day to day operational management of the CLO’s.

Duties such as, but not limited to, cash analysis, operations and reporting duties for the TKO CLO Platform. The individual will have some working knowledge of CLO’s and asset accumulation and with interest and appetite to expand that knowledge to gain a fuller understanding of Reporting / deal documentation / mechanics / deal compliance over time.

They should be able to communicate effectively at various levels both internally and externally.

Examples of duties will include :

  • Monitoring and maintaining the reconciliation of cash flows of interest and coupon payments received on assets and ensuring they are properly accounted for and accurate ahead of the monthly and quarterly reporting cycles;
  • Sending timely notifications to the CLO Trustee and WSO / Markit (as Middle Office Service provider) for the booking of primary and secondary Loan trades;
  • Sending timely notifications to the CLO Trustee and WSO / Markit for the booking of primary and secondary bond trades including any follow-up, where directed, to aid settlement;
  • Assisting in the support of the WSO / Markit relationship for CLO servicing of loan settlements, data reconciliation aiming to ensure the integrity of data provision is always accurate and sound;
  • Assisting in the delivery of timely MIFID II regulatory reporting for Bond trades as required;
  • Ad-hoc assistance and support in Transaction Management tasks as required;
  • Eventual aim to take on reporting responsibilities for a number of CLO portfolios adding much needed further support and value to the team.


    1-2 years previous experience in a CLO / structured finance environment

    Educated to Degree or equivalent level is desirable

    Excellent Excel / Outlook skills

    Knowledge of the Allvue (previously known as Blackmountain) system an advantage

    Accurate, adaptable and flexible to work under pressure, to deadlines with ability to manage competing priorities on a day to day basis

    Organizational skills and a team player

    Fluent English
