About the role

We are currently recruiting for part time Receptionists to join our team at Gracewell of High Wycombe located in Lane End just outside of High Wycombe.

We are looking for someone who is able to work 16 hours per week which will be on a rolling rota every two weeks :

  • Week 1 : Wednesday 9.00 to 17.30 and Thursday 9.00 to 17.30
  • Week 2 : Saturday 9.00 to 17.30 and Sunday 9.00 to 17.30
  • As we’re proud of being an employer of choice from April 2019 we’ve introduced our new career pay progression awards in recognition of our team members length of service and contribution .

    We will give you a 10p enhancement on your hourly rate after 6 months service, 20p after 12 months and 30p for 2 year’s service.

    As the Receptionist, you provide the first impression for all visitors into our Gracewell home. You will be responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.

    The Receptionist provides an overview of the home in support of the marketing and sales efforts. Other responsibilities include monitoring the cafe area for refreshments, music, cleanliness as well as general administrative duties.

    It will be your role to support the welcoming and supportive feeling of a Gracewell home.

    About you

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.
  • You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organised record keeper.
