To further develop digital capabilities and create synergies, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP has created new departments as Centres of Excellence.

One of them, the Growth Department, is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing and CRM actions at the service of our stores.

Our Growth Division are now seeking a talented Digital Media Display Manager

who will be responsible for overseeing, planning and managing paid display campaigns.

  • Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

  • Leading the Display Marketing proposition for Performance Marketing, Brand Campaigns and Co-op Campaigns for 4 YNAP brands globally (including Net A Porter, Mr.
  • Porter, The Outnet and Yoox).

  • Leading Display Marketing on performance focused campaigns and support in strategic development and implementation of Global Brand Display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage day to day communication, monitoring and optimisation of media budgets at a global level with regional marketing teams
  • Define global KPI frameworks and measurement plans for all Brand and Performance activations based on multiple data sources and historical performance
  • Build out the programmatic offering for YNAP to include multiple formats like video, VOD, CTV, and rich media banners.
  • Support and lead the existing retargeting strategy to drive conversion through partners like GDN, Criteo etc.
  • Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to localise channel approach based on day to day market observations
  • Build strong relationships with internal creative team to ensure all media content follows best practices and all creative requirements are consistently met
  • Strong focus on achieving sales and new customer acquisition targets by maintaining efficiency for the display channel.
  • The type of person we are looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience working in a large / corporate setting, developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including DV360, working with publisher networks on managed service or through DSP’s.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics with a keen aptitude towards Display, video formats and buying programmatically.
  • Ability to deliver on KPIs / targets
  • Proficiency in the workplace and communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Good analytical skills (proficiency in Excel and GA knowledge)
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills (leadership and managerial qualities)
  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task / manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Masters’s Degree : Marketing, Business Economics or Digital Marketing is a nice to have
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task / manage multiple projects at the same time
