To help manage, upload and improve the creative content across the scotts Multi-channel platforms. Co-ordinating both internal and third party creative resource, project management and delivery, plus ensuring creative consistency and best-in-class creative is executed across the board.
Be responsible for the day to day changes across content on multi-channel, including : mobile, desktop, app and kiosk.
This includes briefing content and the delivery of homepage content changes per week.
Taking ownership of on site promotions - ensuring the correct marketing comms are in place across the site including banners, USP’s and badging when necessary.
Owning key campaigns such as Black Friday / Christmas / Sale and new product launches, ensuring these are executed on time and to the correct standard.
Working with the wider team to develop site improvements for scotts that drive conversion across all purchasing funnels and devices.
Working closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure all digital screens in store are up to date, reflective of website content and are executed with a 360 approach.
Weekly reviews of the navigation - across both desktop and mobile. Working with the wider team to ensure the correct products / brands are all featured and are commercially relevant.
Ensuring any customer facing details - from FAQ’s to online T&CS are up to date and displaying correctly.
Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed across the full estate including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk and any additional digital builds.
Making sure all of these channels are fully up to date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery.
Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase.
Work alongside the creative team to brief in the studio of digital marketing requirements for JD across all channels including desktop, mobile, apps, social media & email.
Complete competitor reports across relevant competitors to ensure we are best in class & competing.
Work with wider teams to continually improve the process needed to deliver the best-in-class and on-time work.
Continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration and share with the wider team.
Manage content launches to ensure timed content hits deadline.
Works with 3rd party brands to ensure full digital requirements are given and executed.
Ensure updates to landing pages and brand pages are completed in a manner that optimises content for trade in order to drive sales and conversion.
Work with Online Merchandising team to create product stories.
Develop strong relationships across the business including with the merchandising, marketing, retail & buying teams.
Identify concepts and processes that will contribute to the scotts website sales and profit targets.
Own all content aspects of new market launches from requirement collection stage of the project to post go live.
Review top site searches and action merchandising rules for JD’s devices to improve results and conversion.
Test banners / product listings and links to ensure correct links and assets are used.
Complete daily site checks of key devices through testing and review of customer interactions.
