Our Industrial Placement Programme... :

First Line support Business to Business System (Dealer online ordering and information System)

  • Day-to-day B2B system support for dealers and Area Sales Managers
  • Create Passwords & user-profiles for new dealers
  • Monitor price changes and model descriptions to ensure the data on the system is constantly accurate and up to date
  • Co-ordinate clear communication of Marketing activities to the retailers
  • First line Support for Direct Sales Accounts

  • Over 130 accounts
  • Stock allocation
  • Service returns
  • Dealer queries
  • Produce specific communication documents ie., SOA, Stock Comps
  • Run daily checks on orders placed not via B2B (Order Acknowledgment)

  • Run daily report for Audit check and update checking sheet
  • Support for the Business Support Analyst

  • User acceptance testing and checking of new functionality
  • Creating supporting documentation for dealers and staff
  • Dealer Locator

  • Removal and adding of accounts
  • Updating accounts details
  • Master Data Support (Models)

  • Produce weekly new model setup reports and distribute to Product Mangers Check price has been set up for both GBP and Euro customersCheck models that are for exclusive and setupCheck which materials have NET pricingChange model descriptionsCheck price change forms (MPA)
  • Business Support duties

    Handle day to day queries from both internal and external contacts.Trouble shootingAFO report writing (business reports)SAP Testing of new processes

    Rebate - Campaign Claims

    Setup marketing schemesCarry out validation checksCommunicate with retailers as necessaryMonitor budgets

    Online marketing schemes

  • B2B setup in GBP and EUR
  • Update communication sheet for Planning
  • What we are looking for... :

  • Ability to communicate well to all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong logical-thinking / critical-thinking skills combined with being well organised.
  • Attention to detail Strong numeric skills linked with excel knowledge.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team but must be able to work on own initiative some of the time.
  • An awareness of the impact a support department can have on critical commercial issues.
  • Must be able to remain calm and work well under pressure.
