As Project Planner & Coordinator you will be in charge of planning and coordinating a portion of large subsea EPC projects.

The planner will be accountable for the schedule quality and project on-time delivery. The position reports to the product line planning leader.

As Project Panner & Coordinator you will be responsible for :

  • Leading activities related to project management, engineering, and procurement for a large portion of the project.
  • Ensuring schedule quality (logic, clarity) and accuracy (update of dates, reflexion of the scope of supply).
  • Collaborating with other planning team members and engineering and sourcing functions in order to update the schedule based on their inputs.
  • Providing visibility on the look ahead of tasks to be performed in the 3 - 6 weeks, risks in schedules and mitigating actions and opportunities in the schedule.
  • Providing relevant reports to project management to ensure on time and on budget project execution.
  • Interacting with the customer to provide update on schedule as well as explain the current situation / challenges / opportunities.
  • Adhering to approved processes and proactively drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning.

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have a Bachelor's / master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering / Math / Science degree preferred).
  • Have proven experience in a Planning role.
  • Be experienced in the use of Primavera P6 planning tool. Additional knowledge of MRP is required.
  • Have effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
