We re looking for an experienced leader to come and join the team as our Technical Director for Liverpool Football Club Women s Regional Talent Club (RTC).
The successful candidate will lead and develop the youth talent pathway, produce our technical plans from U10 s to U16 s and develop a CPD model to support the development across our technical teams.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful you will need to hold a UEFA A Licence and have strong experience within Women s football and a high-profile youth environment.
We may consider an exceptional candidate that is a UEFA B licence holder, who is currently working towards their A Licence.
You will also have an excellent understanding of the education models and welfare provisions important within an elite youth environment
You'll be a natural leader and have experience on working within a multi-disciplinary team. You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop others.

This is a part-time fixed term contracted role working 20 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. This role will be based across all Women s Academy sites so some travel within the Merseyside area will be required.
