We are looking for a bright individual with strong influencing skills to join our team as Senior Programme Manager, in charge of the Voice of the Seller (VOS) programme, which aims to improve the experience of the hundreds of thousands of small and medium sized businesses that sell on Amazon.

In this position, you will be responsible for shaping, growing and managing the overall program, leading and setting the bar for a virtual team of subject matter experts on a wide range of topics from policy improvements and Account Manager support, to Selling Partner tools and services adoption.

Successful candidates will be able to be capable of building build strong relationships and become a trusted partner for to global stakeholders across various organizations.

You should be comfortable establishing new tools and processes that balance short and long-term customer needs. You will need to enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced and ambiguous environment and should be able to make timely adjustments to program priorities and organization when required.

You will be accountable for the success of the program and will need the vision and passion to scope the future of VOS. In this context, you must demonstrate a superior track-record for building and leading cross functional teams, stakeholder management, delivering through others, strategic thinking, and program management.

This is a highly visible position where the candidate will interact at all levels of the Marketplace and Customer Trust and Partner Support organization not only in Europe but also Worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities : · Shape, improve and manage the overall EU programme including programme goals and priorities to ensure effective collaboration with cross-organizational partner teams.

  • Lead a large group of EU subject matter experts to ensure progress on key deliverables.· Lead a monthly VP-level review.
  • Manage the overall relationship with internal teams (policy and business teams), ensuring alignment of long-term priorities and establishing shared goals.
  • Understand Selling Partners as well as Amazon business needs and identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools for them.
  • Partner with teams in other regions to share best practices and leverage cross region initiatives.·· Build a program organization that ensures effective collaboration with cross-organization partner teams.
  • Think big about the long term strategy and potential to align across regions whilst meeting EU needs.· Think big about new ways to improve Seller understanding of available self-service material, tools and support reducing the need for Account Manager interaction.

  • Basic qualifications· Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and business challenges by analyzing and modelling data.

  • Experience managing large, cross functional projects within leading organizations that delivered measurable results· Proven ability to develop successful relationships at all levels of an organization· High level of academic achievement at degree level.
  • MBA is beneficial but not necessary· Experience in consulting, retail and / or a technology / eCommerce business is beneficialPreferred qualification · MBA preferred· Project management or Business Analyst experience· Online experienceIn this role you will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with one of the UK's leading online retailers.
