What experience and qualifications do I need?
You don’t necessarily need any qualifications or experience what really matters to us is that you have the right values.
It’s helpful if you have experience in supporting others, either professionally as social care worker, or indirectly through your home life or social connections.
Everyone working in social care needs a good standard of English, as well as numeracy and digital skills. You will need to enjoy working in a team and you need to be good at problem solving.
