The Role

As part of our Customer Excellence Centre, you will be working with our Livechat and digital customer service team achieving challenging SLAs, maximising sales opportunities, monitoring review sites and social media activity to ensure fast, accurate and inspiring customer engagement.

We can consider part time or full time working - please SPECIFY what hours you are looking for. Our full time hours are 37.75hrs per week.

Ideally you will have :

  • experience of using web chat systems.
  • hands on knowledge of social media tools (including Facebook, Tweetdeck, Twitter, SproutSocial)
  • have the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities and guide our customers through their purchase journey.
  • you should be a confident, social, articulate team player, who is quickly able to understand complex issues and have impeccable attention to detail.
  • you should have an excellent grasp of grammar, the English language with good spelling.
  • It is essential that you are flexible in your working hours and be extremely comfortable interacting and engaging with our customers.

    We are open between 8am-12pm Monday to Friday, 9-6pm Saturday and 10-8pm on Sundays. Bank holidays also form part of our rotas.
