Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to flourish in this quirky restaurant in Warwickshire.

This 100 cover fine dining restaurant requires a driven Sous Chef who is passionate about producing high quality dishes with all fresh produce to join the team of 6 in the kitchen.

Duties of the Job :

  • You will have a passion for detail, presentation and extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques, you will be able to demonstrate these skills and have a proven track record in hotels or pubs.
  • You must be able to work well in a team and have strong leadership skills as you will be leading the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
  • This is a fast paced, high volume hotel so it is imperative that you are able to work calmly and professionally when under pressure.
  • To work closely with the Head Chef to create menu’s, costing and ordering of produce
  • To prepare quality dishes using all fresh produce.
  • What we need from you

  • The ability to thrive within pressurised environments.
  • Well presented appearance and excellent communication.
  • Be able to maintain a high and professional service.

  • Salary £27,000 tips, please not there is no live in accommodation.
