This 100 cover fine dining restaurant requires a driven Sous Chef who is passionate about producing high quality dishes with all fresh produce to join the team of 6 in the kitchen.
Duties of the Job :
You will have a passion for detail, presentation and extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques, you will be able to demonstrate these skills and have a proven track record in hotels or pubs.
You must be able to work well in a team and have strong leadership skills as you will be leading the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
This is a fast paced, high volume hotel so it is imperative that you are able to work calmly and professionally when under pressure.
To work closely with the Head Chef to create menu’s, costing and ordering of produce
To prepare quality dishes using all fresh produce.
