About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced eLearning Content Creator who will take responsibility for converting storyboards and other training materials into engaging and interactive learning experiences through Articulate Rise and / or Storyline.
We are looking for someone who is excited by and passionate about the learning journey our Customer Service colleagues will follow and look for new and creative solutions for impactful learning experiences.
How you will make an impact :
Designing new digital learning in Articulate Rise and / or Storyline from existing Training materials and bespoke Storyboards
Redesign existing digital earning courses to improve interactivity and engagement of learners
Collaborate with Operational SMEs and Training & Quality colleagues to ensure content created meets expectations and quality sign off
Identify opportunities for improvement and development of existing digital content creation process
Provide guidance and best practice sessions to Training & Quality colleagues to enhance existing knowledge and experience of the Team
What we look for :
Significant experience of authoring eLearning content in Articulate Rise and / or Storyline
Experience of using video and other interactive content to enhance learning experiences
Ability to interpret Training materials and Storyboards independently and knowing when to request clarifications or ask for support
Confident and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at various levels in the organization
Highly organized with a creative approach to problem solving
Capable of working on own initiative, performing well under pressure
