Like what you hear? Then read on The roleWe want to welcome an experienced Operations Analyst to join our IT Operations Compliance team of 5 colleagues, who ensure reliability and consistency within the operations of our IT Services.
Our focus is on enhancing the service offering, demonstrating incident reduction and maximising service availability. Your role will include a variety of different functions, including performing scheduled checks, monitoring, file transfers and administration.
You’ll also play a role within Incident, Problem and Change Management- assisting with Root Cause Analysis and supporting activities, as well as reporting and monitoring capacity, providing management intelligence and reporting- which links through in to Audit, Permanent Controls and other relevant departments.

Here’s what else we’re looking for : - Demonstrable experience within a troubleshooting environment, including Incident Management, Supporting / implementing changes within a framework- Able to work independently and make decisions responsibility- with an ability to think from a strategic perspective- Fantastic communication skills- ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels- Financial Services Industry experience isn’t essential, but ideally your work experience will be from a corporate ITIL environment and be ITIL V3 Foundation certified - Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016- Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) experience- Intermediate- Advanced capabilities within the Microsoft Office suite- particularly in Excel- Further desirable experience includes SQL Reporting, MS SQL Server, VBScript / Powershell, SharePoint and WSUSOur cultureWe understand that next step in your career journey is an important one.
