Employment : Permanent

Salary : £26000 to £30000 plus great tronc and benefits

We’re so glad to be open again and as we look forward to Summer and rest of the year we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our beautiful pub restaurant The Tally Ho in Eversley, near Hook in Hampshire.

As Deputy Manager you'll be helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, training & leading our team and managing busy services & special events.

You'll also get involved in deciding what beers to have on tap, what gins & wines to stock and what events to run.

We’re passionate about training & development and are very proud that many of our Pub Managers have been promoted up from within our own sites.

We want to carry on that success story, so you’ll be given plenty of training; we’ll help to develop your skills and progress your career.

About you :

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about all things food and drink
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar environment
  • Focused on training, leading and developing your team
  • Hands on with a can do’ attitude
  • Proven ability to drive sales, help achieve GP & Labour and, most importantly, make people happy!
