Our client, a highly regarded US law firm based in the City, seek to appoint a new International HR Advisor. The firm are well-known for challenging the status quo and offer a refreshing and forward-thinking way of approaching problems.
The incoming HR Advisor will have responsibility for assisting with the implementation and administration of the Human Resources programs, policies and activities for all personnel in the EMEA offices.
These responsibilities include the functional areas of recruitment, on-boarding and integration, compensation and benefit administration, performance management, employee relations, off-boarding and terminations, training and development, recognition programs, counselling and workforce planning.
The wider HR team are extremely supportive, everyone chips in where needed and no-one is left to flounder, so a can-do / enthusiastic personality is required! EMEA experience is a prerequisite for this position and ideally you will have worked within professional services.
