The OpportunityWe have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Leader to join us. You will provide leadership to the production team, supporting and developing a multiskilled workforce with the flexibility to adapt to the requirements of the business.
You will ensure that the correct processes and procedures are in place to ensure that deliveries are made correctly and within a timely manner.
You will manage the Team Leaders effectively, whilst providing support to the Production Manager.
What are we looking for?If you have a proven track record of successful management within a production environment then we would like to hear from you.
You will have strong leadership and excellent people management skills. Health and safety is at the heart of everything we do so you will have excellent knowledge of up to date processes and it would be an advantage if you have a relevant qualification, although this is not essential.
In order to be successful, you will also have excellent problem solving skills, be a confident communicator and have strong organisational, planning and time management skills. Our Benefits
