We are seeking a confident administrator to join a warm, friendly team in Newport. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service to customers, suppliers, logistics, franchisees, and territory managers.
The hours of work are 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM with no weekend work. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide a responsive, quality customer service by phone, email, or face to face appointment
Input new customer information into an internal database
Provide focused administrative support
Arrange courier service for deliveries
Communicate effectively with colleagues, internal and external contacts
Develop product knowledge across the full range of company products
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures
This role is temporary for 3 months with a view of going permanent for the right person.
Minimum 5 GCSE's including English and Maths
Competent in Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy
Ability to multitask
